Custom creative work
Logo design and animation projects are custom creative services. Once concept work has begun per an agreed brief, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your project agreement.
Deposits
Projects may require a deposit to reserve schedule. Deposit terms, including whether any portion is refundable before kickoff, are confirmed in writing before payment.
Revisions
Each engagement includes a revision allowance defined in the project scope. Additional rounds may be quoted separately.
Cancellation
If you cancel after work has started, you remain responsible for fees covering completed stages. Unused prepaid amounts for unstarted stages may be discussed case by case.
